You have reached the dedicated meditation section. At Bridge Wellbeing we have a variety of different potential meditation options, including: adult meditation classes, school meditation classes as well as 1 to 1 classes if you would prefer to be alone. These will mainly take place in our main room located in Liverpool City Centre (location at bottom of page), however keep a look out for any announcements on here or on our social media platforms for further locations.
Sessions will be run by Ruth, who has trained with the British School of meditation, so make sure to contact us via email or through our social media platforms to be able to book or enquire about availability, and to find out the specific information about a session.
Timetable for the foreseeable future is as follows (ALL 6:30pm to 8pm): 24th April, 8th May, 22nd May, 5th June, 19th June, 3rd July and 17th July. This will be updated as new dates are confirmed.
