The woman behind Bridge Wellbeing is Ruth. Formally a teacher , Ruth became a fully qualified counsellor after realising she wanted a new challenge that came with more fulfilment. Driven by passion for supporting others , she is now helping individuals with compassion and clarity. As things stand Bridge Wellbeing currently offer meditation classes and counselling sessions, designed in a way so that all our clients are within a safe environment to be able to be receive help and flourish again. Ruth is person centred counsellor who supports individuals, couples and families.
